I spent 20 years at Board level working in a wide-range of industries gaining practical experience in senior positions, mainly in manufacturing companies.  This experience, combined with an MBA in Strategy & Operations Management, has given me invaluable insight into the workings of businesses both large and small.  I am now a non-executive Director of various growing entrepreneurial businesses.

I have extensive skills in strategic planning and an in-depth knowledge of finance and management and am a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, as well as a Chartered Director.

However, more importantly than that, I have had coalface experience of running a growing business and am an active entrepreneur and business angel with wide-ranging business interests - so I understand the issues that our clients face.

I'm passionate about SME businesses and leadership and believe that a Board of Directors that stops learning, stops their business growing.
