What We Do

26.01.2012
Non-Executive Masterclass
Please contact us to book a place on this seminar or click here.
Course Overview:
Non-Executive directors can be extremely useful to any business. Many companies experience a period when what you do within your business needs a little injection of something else. It's very easy for business owners to become too encompassed by their business and not spot the opportunities that can arise.
This is when a non-exec can be invaluable to your business - identifying prospects from a fresh approach and different perspectives, as they're not as caught up with the operational aspect of the business.
We aim to give a good overview of the qualities you will need to become a good non-executive director and take you through what you need to do to become and to perform well as a non-executive Director or Chairman. We will also spend some time demystifying the stereotypical myth of who a non-exec is perceived to be.
We'll approach it in a very positive way and give you the tools and thought process to enable your input to the board to make a real difference.
Course Benefits:
- Understand the function and responsibilities of a non-exec.
- Learn how to identify the issues non-exec can face and and to deal with them in ways which move the business forward.
- Understand good non-exec qualities and make them work for your business.
- Understand where to access relevant information and support to assist you.
- Find out where to find the non-exec roles that you are seeking.
- Develop the board and improve your business.
